Mather Family – Port Elgin Family Photographer

This past (very, very cold!) Sunday I was up in Port Elgin for a couple sessions, and this one was really special. I’ve known the Mathers since I was five and first moved to town, a block from their home, and I grew up with this bunch. The ‘kids’ (because people my age are still kids, right?) are all living far from home these days, so when they were all home for the holidays and Erin got in touch about a family session I jumped at the opportunity to see them all.

It was so good to see you all again and see how well you’re all doing. It’s also a little surreal to see people you’ve known for 27 years and feel like they’re still just the same – surreal and completely wonderful. ♥ Thank you all so much for sharing your time with me over the holidays! I loved it.
