Portrait Party

You know what you need? You need a beautiful picture of yourself. Just you. Not you as a bride, or as a mom, or as anything else but you. Everyone needs this. As you probably know, especially if you also follow me on Facebook, I’ve been photographing my friends more often lately, just them on their own. If you’ve been with me since 2007(!!!), you’ll know how much time I used to spend doing this, and I really miss it!

But most people feel awkward booking a portrait session just for themselves unless it’s for a headshot, so I have this great idea that will solve that problem for you. Ta-da! Portrait parties! Round up your friends and I’ll photograph you one at a time and then later all together as a group. Make this part of a birthday party, a bachelorette, or just an excuse to get together with some of your favourite people.

Can I tell you how much fun we had on Sunday? It was fabulous. You should definitely do this! And a huge thank you as always to my beautiful, hilarious, incredible friends who have once again stepped up to help me try something new. I love you ladies!
