Sarah and Duane – A Toronto wedding at the Berkeley House
Â
Ah, Valentine’s Day. What better occasion to have a wedding – especially one with a fabulous red dress? Last night I had the extreme honour of joining Sarah and Duane to capture their day in downtown Toronto. The wedding was perfect. Huge smiles, tons of laughter, and attention to detail that truly reflected the bride and groom’s personalities.Â
Heartfelt thanks to Sarah and Duane for letting me be there to share in the day. It was absolutely beautiful and so unique, and I’m so happy to have been there. You two rock my socks.
And now on to the teasers!
The boys ‘getting ready’. Rough life, eh?

A key part of the men’s attire – black chucks, inspired by ‘Ev the Rev’ (above middle, a best friend who performed the ceremony).Â

The dress. Don’t adjust your monitors - it’s red and it’s fabulous.Â

Sarah and Duane chose to see each other before the ceremony. This is a really nice option for those of you who would prefer to get your formals out of the way early and join your guests for the whole cocktail hour. At this point they’ve already gotten everything done and can just relax until it’s time for the actual ceremony. (Relax = drink champagne and munch on delicious hors d’oeuvres.)

Yes, this thing is in the Berkeley House. How cool is this??

Apparently this crowd knows me for my shots of shoes, so here are some more for you from last night’s awesome selection. Loving Sarah’s reception shoes. 😀
