A Rock the Dress in shades of grey

 

Scanning through my blog I realized that most of what I post is in full colour.  Now, don’t get me wrong, I love shots that are vibrant and bright and just pop, but I’m also partial to the drama of black and white photography.

When I send out the files to my clients I always send the finished products in both styles, so in that spirit, I thought I’d showcase a recent Rock the Dress I shot with two gorgeous brides in the financial district, stripped of colour but still powerful.

Sidebar: Do they look familiar?  Probably because both Jackie and Kelly have shot with me for different types of sessions this year, and both were married over the summer.  Here they are in their actual wedding dresses, looking absolutely stunning.
