Tina and Andrew – Bayfield, Goderich Wedding Photographer
My Saturday started early with the (beautiful!) drive north from Mississauga towards Lake Huron. Hours of peaceful, empty country roads and fields eventually led me to this sign, letting me know I was almost there for Tina and Andrew’s wedding.  A few minutes later and I’d arrived at Bannock Burn, a gorgeous B&B owned by the bride’s mom, and I fell in love with the beautiful day I knew was ahead.
A huge thank you to Tina and Andrew for letting me be there to capture your day. This couple was awesome. Both of them were laughing, laidback, and just so happy to be sharing their wedding with all of their loved ones. People traveled from around the globe to celebrate with them, and all around throughout the day you could hear laughter and happy chatter in both English and German, all against a stunning backdrop. AND. Even though I’ve witnessed my fair share of weddings over the years, they managed to pull something out at the ceremony that I’d never seen before. Like I said – awesome.
^^Told you they were laidback! Loved this.
And they wrote their own vows, and they were fabulous.
^^Three trees that have become one.
Okay, so they have their rings, and they’ve said their vows, but they wanted to make it really official.
^^Facebook official.
^^For a guest book they left a stone at each setting and asked guests to sign them and place them in glass vases. Mick Jagger loved it. (What?)
Oooooh, Mick Jagger! They had Hot Rocks, a Toronto based Rolling Stones tribute band play for the night, and they were fantastic. The dance floor was packed.
